What we collect

If you contact us through the form or by email, we receive the details you choose to give us: your name, your email address, and anything you write in your message. The site collects nothing else. We use no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and to correspond with you about working together. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

Who processes it

Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to our email. Our email service also processes your correspondence. These providers act as data intermediaries for us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is relevant to a current or potential engagement, and delete it when it no longer serves that purpose.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal data of yours we hold, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent for us to keep it. Write to kien@migaki-ventures.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
